Miami’s Building Department has granted the master construction permit for Midtown 7, clearing the way for the 31-story (352-foot) tower. The permit—first filed in July 2023—was officially approved on May 20 and names Coastal Construction as the general contractor.
Earlier milestones include Urban Development Review Board approval in September 2022 and a utilities agreement finalized in October 2022.
Planned program for Midtown 7:
· 389 residential units
· 28,000 sq ft of ground-floor retail
· 501 parking spaces
The project is being developed by AMLI with Arquitectonica serving as architect.
