Permit Application Submitted for Elle Residences in Edgewater
A construction permit application has been submitted to the City of Miami’s Building Department for the Elle Residences development site in Edgewater.
Originally announced in May 2024, the project is now moving toward the next phase with a permit filed on April 7. As of now, the application has not yet entered processing, and a contractor has not been assigned.
According to the filing, the development will rise 25 stories and include:
- 180 residential units
- 4,015 square feet of retail space
Elle Residences is designed to offer fully finished and furnished units, with the flexibility to allow short-term rentals—a key feature aimed at attracting both residents and investors.
The architecture is led by Behar Font & Partners, with interiors curated by The One Atelier. The project is being developed by Vertical Developments in partnership with Urban Network Capital Group.
