Newly released photos showcase the recently completed Magnus Brickell tower, a 29-story Class A apartment building in the heart of Miami.
The development includes 465 rental units, with a mix of 302 market-rate apartments, 70 workforce housing units, and 93 units designated for lower-income residents.
Magnus Brickell was developed through a public-private partnership between Related Urban Development Group and Miami-Dade County. It stands as the county’s largest single-phase public-private residential project to date.
