Renderings Released for 948-Foot Tower in Brickell
The first renderings have been unveiled for a near-supertall tower proposed in Brickell. A pre-application for the development was filed with Miami-Dade County yesterday, followed shortly by the submission of renderings and additional project details.
The pre-application outlines the proposed uses for the new building, including:
- 259 residential units
- 100 hotel units
- 48 hotel-condo units
- 1,885 square feet of restaurant space
- 322 parking spaces
The tower is planned to rise 81 stories, reaching a height of 948 feet, just below the property’s maximum permitted height of 950 feet.
ODP is the architect behind the project. According to The Real Deal, the developers are Prosper Group and Forte Development, with the property reportedly currently in contract.
