Rosso Development, Standard International, and Midtown Development have unveiled an exclusive first look at the upcoming Sushi Garage location at The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami. Created by the acclaimed Juvia Group—founded by Jonas and Alexandra Millán—Sushi Garage reinvents traditional Japanese cuisine with a modern, neighborhood-style flair.
The vibrant new outpost will join an impressive culinary lineup at The Standard Residences, which includes Solana, a rooftop restaurant and bar also by the Juvia Group, along with Rosetta Bakery Café & Privato Speakeasy.

The new Midtown space is being designed by Manuel Clavel Rojo, principal of the internationally recognized firm Clavel Arquitectos. “Designing the new restaurant in Midtown was about capturing the soul of the brand—playful, local, and elevated—while crafting a space that blends innovation with emotional resonance, fully in tune with Miami’s energy,” Clavel said.
Located at 3100 N.E. 1st Ave, between the Design District and Wynwood, The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami blends culture, community, and style with world-class design, service, and amenities. As the first branded residences in The Standard’s portfolio, the nearly sold-out project includes 228 units ranging from studios to two-bedrooms, designed with the brand’s signature flexible living in mind. Owners will have the option to lease units for terms as short as one month.
