New photos reveal significant progress at the expansive Wynwood Plaza development as it moves closer to opening.
Amazon recently announced a lease for 50,333 square feet of office space within the project’s 12-story office tower, which will offer a total of 266,000 square feet of Class AAA office space upon completion.
The development also features Wynwood Plaza Residences, comprising 509 upscale rental apartments and 45,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities.
At street level, a 26,000-square-foot public plaza is being created by Field Operations, the acclaimed urban design team behind New York City’s High Line and Miami’s Underline.
The plaza will be surrounded by 25,000 square feet of retail space, including a mix of indoor and outdoor dining, boutique shops, convenience offerings, and fast casual eateries.
