Swire Properties has initiated sales for The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, and unveiled further details about the development.
The project will feature two towers connected by a landscaped podium. The South Tower will soar to 66 stories, or 850 feet, while the North Tower will reach 426 feet. Both towers are designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox.
The South Tower will include 228 condos, featuring luxury appliances and finishes, 11-foot ceilings, and private elevators. Interiors are crafted by Parisian designer Tristan Auer.
A $100 million duplex penthouse is available at the top of the tower, boasting 16,000 square feet of interior space, 7,000 square feet of private outdoor space, and one of Miami's highest private infinity pools.
The North Tower will comprise 121 hotel keys, a spa, and multiple restaurants. It will also offer 66 private residences and 28 hotel residences.
Construction is slated to begin in 2025, with occupancy expected from 2029.
