Menesse Brickell has received FAA approval for its height.
The height filing, submitted to the FAA on November 2, was swiftly approved on November 28. A note accompanying the submission mentioned the refile was due to revised building points and heights.
The FAA approval letter specifies that the building can be constructed with a height of 426 feet above ground or 439 feet above sea level.
As outlined in a filing with Miami-Dade planners, Menesse Brickell is slated to be a 39-story tower, encompassing 400 residential units and providing 415 parking spaces.
