Modera Riverside, situated in Downtown Miami, enjoys a prime location just across the bridge from Brickell and the emerging River District. The development is part of the larger Riverside Wharf complex, which is currently under construction and represents an investment of $185 million in the area.
Modera Riverside will feature a total of 428 apartments, offering a range of options from studios to three-bedroom units.
Nichols Architects is responsible for the architectural design of Modera Riverside, while Bliss & Nyitray provides structural engineering expertise for the project.
Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC and Adler Development are the development entities behind Modera Riverside in Downtown Miami.
