Nichols Architects unveils plans for a 53-story mixed-use tower located at the Miami Worldcenter.

Under the leadership of Art Falcone, The Falcone Group, in collaboration with Nichols Architects, has revealed plans for a 53-story mixed-use tower within Block C of the Miami Worldcenter. This development is a pivotal milestone in the Miami Worldcenter project, which encompasses 27 acres across 10 blocks. The tower is strategically positioned on NE 10th St, adjacent to renowned landmarks such as One Thousand Museum Park and Panorama Tower, aiming to seamlessly integrate luxury living with hospitality.

Alfonso Costa Jr., COO of the Falcone Group, is excited about the project's ability to fulfill the increasing demand for luxury accommodations in downtown Miami. Nichols Architects, renowned for their contributions to prestigious projects like the W Hotel and EDITION hotels in Miami Beach, as well as the Miami World Towers, are leveraging their expertise in luxury and hospitality design for this endeavor.

The tower will boast a diverse array of offerings, blending retail, dining, residential, and hotel components. The ground and mezzanine floors will house retail spaces and a two-story restaurant that spills onto the promenade, supplemented by additional parking. Above, the building will feature a hotel with generous meeting space and residential units offering access to exclusive amenities, including two pool decks. Residents will enjoy a private retreat on the 10th floor, while a 25th-floor hotel pool deck will feature a bar, lounge, and breathtaking city views.

Igor Reyes of Nichols Architects emphasized the innovative design elements, including the strategic division of the building's mass to incorporate distinctive amenities like the 25th-floor pool deck. The goal is to establish this tower as a standout landmark in Miami.

The project will encompass 280 hotel rooms, along with 351 luxury condominiums spanning from studios to three-bedroom units. Additionally, amenities such as a gym, spa, meeting spaces, retail outlets, and a sizable restaurant will be included. A brand partnership for the tower is forthcoming, with plans already submitted for city review.

This tower is set to elevate the Miami Worldcenter's status as a vibrant urban center, underscoring Nichols Architects' dedication to pioneering and influential design in Miami's architectural scene. Design proposals for "Block C, East" will be unveiled at the upcoming UDRB meeting scheduled for March 20th.
