Miami River Tower in Brickell Progresses Toward Completion
The 54-story Miami River apartment tower under construction in Brickell is steadily advancing toward completion, as captured in recent photos by Phillip Pessar.
The images reveal that decorative elements are being added to the building’s parking garage, marking significant progress. The tower will house 632 rental apartments, alongside retail space and a riverfront promenade designed to be accessible to the public.
Topping out at 645 feet, the tower has become the westernmost building in Miami at this height.
Part of the larger development known as The River District, this project is just one phase of an ambitious plan by the Chetrit Group. Ultimately, the developer aims to transform the site into a sprawling 4-million-square-foot mixed-use community. Future phases will include approximately 1,600 residences, Class A office spaces, and 30,000 square feet of retail.
