Sales have officially launched for Ombelle Fort Lauderdale, a new condo development offering 775 units with starting prices in the $400,000s. The smallest unit is 465 square feet, and buyers will also have the option to purchase fully furnished units. Flexible rental options will be available, with a minimum rental period of 30 days. The project features over 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and more than 100,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. Ombelle's distinctive "delicate exoskeleton" design is the work of architect ODA, with Dependable Equities of Brooklyn leading the development.
