Developers Submit Plans for Striking 45-Story First and Fifth Tower in Downtown Miami
Developers of the proposed First and Fifth tower in downtown Miami have submitted plans to the city’s Urban Development Review Board (UDRB).
The project includes the restoration of the historic Salvation Army Citadel building, preserving its original section while demolishing a later addition.
The proposed 45-story, 517-foot-tall tower will feature an architectural design inspired by the Citadel’s Venetian Gothic heritage. According to the submitted narrative, the design seeks to harmonize the new tower with the elegance of the historic structure.
Key Features of First and Fifth Tower:
- Residential Units: 526
- Commercial Space: 6,638 square feet
- Parking: 161 spaces, integrated within a pedestrian-friendly, 5-level podium
The project is scheduled for review by the UDRB on November 20.
ODP is leading the architectural design, with Oak Row Equities as the developer.
