Panther National Breaks Ground on Highly Anticipated Clubhouse in Palm Beach Gardens
Panther National, Palm Beach Gardens' premier modern golf and lifestyle community, has officially begun construction on its much-anticipated Clubhouse. Spearheaded by Founder and President Dominik Senn, the Clubhouse is set to open in Fall 2026, offering an array of world-class amenities that redefine luxury living.
Spanning 58,000 square feet, the Clubhouse will feature Michelin-inspired dining, a Swiss watch boutique within its Fashion and Golf Shop, expansive locker rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center, an event lawn, and a welcoming courtyard complete with fire pits. Central to the design is "The Rock", a striking tower housing a sophisticated wine bar and the exclusive "Crystal Room"—a dining space adorned with stunning crystals sourced from the Swiss Alps, a tribute to Senn’s heritage.
Designed by architect Max Strang of STRANG, the Clubhouse blends Panther National’s lush surroundings with organic materials and a neutral color palette. The minimalist design incorporates natural wood and stone, harmonizing modern sophistication with the community’s environmental ethos. Peacock + Lewis and Decorators Unlimited have enhanced the interiors, creating a refined, cozy atmosphere that complements the elegant style of Panther National’s Signature Estate Homes.
The Clubhouse will complement Panther National’s championship golf course, celebrated for its dramatic elevation changes and designed by Jack Nicklaus and Justin Thomas. In addition, the PANTHER9, a premier par-3 course, and a world-class practice area, will elevate the community’s golfing excellence.

The groundbreaking ceremony, held on November 15, brought together members, homeowners, community leaders, and special guests. Highlights included a ceremonial shovel moment with Founders Dominik and Dorte Senn, architect Max Strang, CEO Frank Weed, and Panther National Ambassadors and PGA stars Justin Thomas, Xander Schauffele, Cameron Young, and Nick Dunlap. The event also featured a special anniversary and groundbreaking tournament, along with interactive golf lessons from the Ambassadors.

The first Signature Homes are scheduled for delivery in early 2025, with construction of the Racquet Center set to begin in mid-2025.
