South Florida developers Related Group, Tate Capital, and Rok Acquisitions, in partnership with hospitality leader Marriott International, have unveiled plans for The St. Regis Resort and Residences, Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing will handle exclusive sales for The Residences, with pricing starting at $4.4 million for condominium units and $2 million for resort residences.
A decade in the making, the first phase of this $2 billion project aims to transform the premier megayacht marina—home to the world's largest in-water boat show—into a world-class, Monaco-inspired lifestyle destination. This development will feature branded residential towers, a flagship St. Regis hotel, a private beach club, and a selection of upscale dining and retail options. Sales for The St. Regis Residences, Bahia Mar, Fort Lauderdale have now begun.

Spanning over 40 acres of land and water, this extraordinary development will unfold in two phases, creating a tropical sanctuary at its core with two 23-story residential towers and a 197-key luxury hotel, all under the prestigious St. Regis brand. The architecture is led by the acclaimed firm Arquitectonica, with refined interiors by London-based Tara Bernerd & Partners, directed by designer Tara Bernerd. The master plan includes 88,000 square feet of premium waterfront commercial space with restaurants and boat docking, a public park along the Intracoastal Waterway, and a 25-foot-wide pedestrian promenade encircling the property. An exclusive marina will provide slips for megayachts up to 350 feet.

The first phase will feature 160 elegantly appointed condominium homes across the two residential towers, along with exclusive resort residences atop the hotel. The condominiums will offer three- and four-bedroom options ranging from 2,600 to 3,550 square feet, in addition to stunning penthouse residences. Designed to feel like private villas, these homes will feature private elevator foyers and expansive, open spaces. The light-filled residences will showcase modern layouts and wraparound glass terraces, offering breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, and the Fort Lauderdale skyline. The hotel residences will include one to three bedrooms, along with penthouse options.
