Related Ross has officially started vertical construction on South Flagler House, marking a significant milestone for the firm’s first luxury condominium project in Florida. Located at 1355 South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, the development features two 28-story towers—The Park Tower and The Lake Tower—offering 108 homes ranging from two to five bedrooms, including penthouses and guest suites.
Designed by the renowned Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA), with interiors by acclaimed designer Pembrooke & Ives, South Flagler House promises spectacular waterfront views of Palm Beach Island and the Atlantic Ocean. The project is expected to welcome its first residents in 2027.
