A new Brickell supertall has officially reached the halfway mark in its vertical construction, advancing at a pace described as one of the fastest in Miami’s history.
Cipriani Residences Miami continues its rapid ascent, rising approximately one floor every three working days. The project utilizes a next-generation, self-climbing slip form system that enables the tower’s core to advance continuously without relying on cranes.
According to a press release issued this week, the tower is set to top off at 80 stories and nearly 1,000 feet, positioning it as Brickell’s first supertall when it delivers in 2028.
Construction has now reached the 44th level, with the 37th floor—future home to an exclusive residents-only Cipriani speakeasy—already completed.
Upon completion, Cipriani Residences will offer 397 homes and 50,000 square feet of amenities. The project is being developed by Mast Capital.
