Bentley Residences Miami has completed one of the most significant construction milestones in U.S. residential development, delivering a record-breaking foundation pour that officially propels the world’s first Bentley-branded tower toward its rise on Sunny Isles Beach. Over a continuous 36-hour operation, Dezer Development, Bentley Motors, and Coastal Construction coordinated 2,100 truckloads, 20,000 cubic yards of concrete, 2,400 tons of reinforcing steel, and 10 pumping stations—achieving the largest residential construction pour in Florida and the second largest of its kind in the nation.
The accomplishment represents far more than an engineering feat. With the mat foundation now complete at 18401 Collins Avenue, the 716-foot tower is ready to move vertical, advancing a project that merges Sieger Suarez’s architectural vision with Bentley’s design DNA and a level of craftsmanship typically reserved for its automobiles.
Each of the 216 residences extends that lineage—offering expansive indoor-outdoor layouts, private heated swimming pools, summer kitchens, and panoramic ocean and Intracoastal vistas. At the center of the experience is the patented Dezervator, a pioneering automobile elevator that transports residents and their vehicles directly to a private sky garage.
Inside, homes echo Bentley’s commitment to precision and elegance with Gaggenau appliances, Italian-crafted cabinetry, and spa-inspired primary suites featuring saunas, behind-mirror televisions, and, in select residences, outdoor showers. Signature touches—including diamond patterning, chrome accents, and custom-designed hardware—create a living environment infused with Bentley’s unmistakable identity.
More than 20,000 square feet of resort-style amenities further elevate the lifestyle, highlighted by a private restaurant helmed by four-time James Beard Award–winning chef Todd English, a whiskey bar, cigar lounge, cinema, spa, oceanfront beauty salon, fitness center, and a lush beach club with cabanas and full food-and-beverage service. Through Bentley’s collaboration with Luxury Living Group, residents will also have access to bespoke Bentley Home furnishings created exclusively for the tower. Pricing begins at $5.8 million.
