Dezer Development, together with Bentley Motors, has completed the mat foundation concrete pour for Bentley Residences Miami—the world’s first and only Bentley-branded residential tower—marking a historic milestone at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. Executed with Coastal Construction, the achievement sets a new record for the largest residential construction pour in Florida’s history and the second largest foundation concrete pour in the United States. Conducted over 36 nonstop hours, the massive operation required 2,100 truckloads, 20,000 cubic yards of concrete, 2,400 tons of reinforcing steel, and 10 concrete pumps. With the foundation now complete, the tower is poised to rise to its full height of 716 feet, becoming one of the tallest oceanfront buildings in the country. Residences begin at $5.8 million.
“Setting a record of this scale is an incredible achievement and a defining moment for Bentley Residences,” said Gil Dezer, President of Dezer Development. “This milestone speaks to the strength, precision, and shared vision behind creating a landmark that embodies innovation, craftsmanship, and the future of luxury living in Miami.”
Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in partnership with Bentley Motors, Bentley Residences will offer 216 homes infused with the design language, craftsmanship, and precision engineering synonymous with the iconic brand. Bentley’s signature diamond motif, refined detailing, and sculptural forms will appear throughout both the architecture and interiors. With the tower steadily advancing toward its 2028 delivery, this foundational pour marks a pivotal moment in the project’s transformation from concept to reality.
“The mat foundation pour at Bentley Residences marks a defining milestone for one of South Florida’s most extraordinary developments. As the largest pour of its kind in the region, this achievement reflects the enduring partnership between Dezer Development and Coastal Construction,” said Sean Murphy, Co-President of Coastal Construction. “It’s a testament to our team’s expertise and dedication, and we look forward to the next major milestone as the tower begins its vertical climb.”
Craftsmanship plays a central role in the design of Bentley Residences. Spanning between 5,256 and 6,333 square feet, each home offers expansive indoor-outdoor living, private heated pools, summer kitchens, and sweeping ocean and Intracoastal views. At the core of the tower is the innovative Dezervator—a patented automobile elevator that transports both residents and their vehicles directly to private sky garages, offering unmatched privacy and convenience. Interiors feature state-of-the-art Gaggenau appliances, Italian-designed cabinetry, and spa-inspired primary baths complete with private saunas, hidden-mirror TVs, and outdoor showers in select residences. Chrome accents, bespoke hardware, and Bentley’s iconic diamond patterning elevate each space with the brand’s signature elegance.
Residents will also enjoy more than 20,000 square feet of resort-style amenities and personalized services reflecting Bentley’s dedication to sophistication and comfort. Highlights include a private restaurant led by four-time James Beard Award winner Todd English, a whiskey bar, cigar lounge, cinema, spa, oceanfront beauty salon, and a state-of-the-art fitness center, along with a lush beach club and pool deck with cabanas and full food and beverage service. Through Bentley’s longstanding partnership with Luxury Living Group, residents can also access custom furnishing concepts inspired by the brand’s legendary automotive design.
