Miami, FL — National developer PMG, in partnership with Lion Development Group and LNDMRK Development, has officially broken ground on One West Twelve Residences (ONE W12), a luxurious new residential tower rising in the heart of Historic Overtown. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on October 1, marking the start of construction for the 372-residence property designed to embody Miami’s vibrant spirit and urban sophistication.
Set amid one of Downtown Miami’s fastest-growing neighborhoods, ONE W12 offers residents a refined, amenity-rich lifestyle with sweeping views of the city’s iconic skyline and dramatic sunset vistas. PMG Residential is leading sales efforts, with the project currently 97% sold, and John Moriarity & Associates serving as the general contractor. Completion is expected in 2028.

Building on the success of his celebrated Red Rooster Overtown, Samuelsson’s new venue will feature elements of “Miami flair,” including an expanded lounge area and creative cocktail program, while celebrating American comfort classics in a lively, all-day setting.
