Citadel has submitted updated plans for its new supertall headquarters tower, featuring an increased height. Originally filed in late August for zoning review at a height of 1,032 feet above sea level, the revised site plan submitted on September 23 shows the tower's height has been raised to 1,049 feet. The number of floors has also increased from 54 to 55.
The updated site plan outlines the following features:
- Approximately 1,293,373 square feet of office space
- 413,476 square feet dedicated to hotel accommodations, including 212 hotel rooms with amenities such as a health spa, fitness club, ballroom, and conference/event spaces
- 23,590 square feet allocated for restaurant and/or retail use
- 50 on-site executive parking spaces below ground, with additional parking available across the street
Construction is expected to start in the third quarter of 2025. The design architect is Foster + Partners, with AAI Architects serving as the architect of record and Field Operations as the landscape architect.
