Swire Properties has reported an "exceptional" sales response for its upcoming Brickell project, The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami. Within the first 60 days of sales, nearly $500 million in contracts have been signed, out of almost $1 billion in reservations.
The project’s 7,000-square-foot sales pavilion, designed to appear as if it’s floating on water, opened on September 26 at the development site. The Residences at Mandarin Oriental will feature two towers, set for completion in 2029.
The South Tower will offer 228 residences with interiors by Tristan Auer, while the North Tower, designed by Laura Gonzalez, will include the new Mandarin Oriental North American flagship hotel. This tower will house 121 hotel rooms, a spa, multiple restaurants, 66 private residences, and 28 hotel residences, with prices starting at $4.9 million.
