Following an extensive summer renovation, Marion, the renowned restaurant concept by Mr. Hospitality Miami, has reopened its doors, signaling a new chapter for this iconic Miami hotspot.
Marion redefines Miami's dining and nightlife scene with a fresh aesthetic that blends nostalgic charm and modern elegance, accompanied by an entirely reimagined menu. These enhancements position Marion as a top destination for fine dining, dynamic entertainment, and memorable celebrations.
"The decision to renovate and relaunch Marion stems from its status as a Miami landmark," said Mathieu Massa, Founder & CEO of Mr. Hospitality Miami.
Where Nostalgia Meets Modern Luxury
Since its 2015 debut, Marion has been a cultural mainstay in Miami, famous for its Thursday night soirées that combine exquisite dining with energetic nightlife. The relaunch honors these beloved traditions while introducing an elevated level of sophistication. Guests can enjoy live performances from singers, dancers, and artists, seamlessly transitioning from a refined dining experience to lively late-night entertainment.
Marion's new menu, crafted by Executive Chef Kylian Goussot, is a bold fusion of Asian-Mediterranean flavors. Drawing from his Michelin-starred expertise, Chef Goussot presents dishes such as Truffle Prime Beef Tartare, Kobe Roll with torched A5 Wagyu, Lobster Tempura, Chilean Sea Bass, and Prime Skirt Steak Tagliata. Additionally, Executive Sushi Chef Max Kamakura introduces an innovative sushi program with dry-aged creations like the Wagyu Marrow and the Marion Salmon Roll.
Complementing the cuisine is a cocktail menu curated by Corporate Beverage Manager Karol Ansaldi, inspired by Asian-Mediterranean flavors. Signature drinks include "Dirty Dancing," a tequila-mezcal blend with passion fruit and ginger, and "Wild Things," a tiki-style rum concoction with Sicilian blood orange and pistachio.
The wine program, led by Wine Director Higor Valle, features one of Miami’s most impressive Champagne collections, including prestigious labels like Krug 2008 and Dom Pérignon P2, alongside exceptional Grower Champagnes.
A Redesigned Space
The revamped Marion now includes a lavish Dom Pérignon Champagne Display and Tequila Room, showcasing over 300 premium bottles. Designed by Carlos Rodriguez of Escala Forma, the new space blends Marion's rich history with modern sophistication. With bold colors, playful elements, and custom Murano flower chandeliers, the redesign mirrors Miami's vibrant spirit. As night falls, the venue’s ceiling transforms into a colorful LED-paneled disco, enhancing its renowned nightlife atmosphere.
The exterior also features a fully refreshed open-air dining area, complete with lush greenery and inviting seating, creating the perfect ambiance for both dining and celebrations.
