Permitting activity has begun this week for the 41-story HUB Miami tower site. A site work permit entered prescreening with Miami’s Building Department on September 24. Initially applied for in May 2023, the site work permit was placed on inactive status but was reactivated on September 20, with an indication that the soil permit is ready for submission.
A revised demolition permit to clear the partially constructed Logik tower was approved in March, and the lot now appears to be mostly cleared. Additionally, there is a master construction permit and a phased vertical permit pending, with the phased vertical permit progressing toward completion this month.
The new HUB Miami tower will feature:
- 306 condominium residences
- 245,000 square feet of Class-A office space
Units will be delivered fully finished and furnished, allowing owners the flexibility to either live in them or rent them out on a short- or long-term basis. ODP is the architect, while the developers include The John Buck Company, Florida Value Partners, BH Group, and PEBB Enterprises.
