Multiple construction permits are currently being processed for a 38-story tower in Edgewater, which aims to establish a “new category of luxury rentals.” A site work permit application was submitted on October 7, with Coastal Construction listed as the contractor. Additionally, a phased vertical permit was applied for on October 4, also naming Coastal as the contractor.
The building will feature 324 oversized apartments, as indicated by the developer. Each unit will include spacious primary bedrooms, large walk-in closets, and expansive great rooms, with most residences offering a study or den.
In addition to the residential units, the development will provide 8,000 square feet of full-service restaurant space, 8,000 square feet of retail space, and over 500 parking spaces. The developers for this project are Oak Row Equities and LNDMRK.
