Created by the acclaimed Juvia Group, founded by restaurateurs Jonas and Alexandra Millán, Sushi Garage is known for its modern interpretation of traditional Japanese cuisine. This addition marks The Standard Residences' third major food and beverage announcement this year, following Solana on the rooftop, also by Juvia Group, and Rosetta Bakery Café & Privato Speakeasy. The project is currently 96% sold, with sales and marketing exclusively handled by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing. Construction has already reached its peak, with an expected completion date set for Q3 2025.
