Terra, under the leadership of David Martin, and Lion Development Group, headed by Michael Simkins, are launching a new condominium project in Miami. Titled the Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences and branded by Michelin-star chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, this development will rise 48 stories on a 1.6-acre site located at 3501 N.E. First Ave., positioned between Midtown Miami and the Design District.
The project will feature 329 units and include 27,500 square feet of commercial space, which will house the chef's renowned ABC Kitchen. Unit prices will start at $1.6 million, offering options from one to four bedrooms, including select penthouses.
Residents of the Miami Tropic Residences will enjoy access to 41,000 square feet of amenities, such as a private dining room with a chef’s kitchen, a bar/lounge, squash courts, ping pong tables, a rooftop pool, a spa, a salon, a podcast studio, an outdoor theater, and a summer kitchen. The building's design is by the Miami-based firm Arquitectonica, while the interiors will be crafted by Yabu Pushelberg.
Martin shared his excitement for the project, stating, "Partnering with Jean-Georges allows us to create a new lifestyle experience that embraces South Florida’s tropical essence while adding a cosmopolitan touch in the heart of Miami’s cultural hub."
This condominium aims to merge luxury living with an enhanced culinary and lifestyle experience, setting a new benchmark for branded residences in Miami.
