Vertical construction has officially commenced at 600 Miami Worldcenter, as captured in recent photos by Ryan RC Rea. Groundbreaking for the 32-story tower took place in March following the issuance of a site work permit, with a phased vertical permit granted in May.
The 606-unit tower is fully sold, and the developers secured a $95 million construction loan earlier this year. All residential units will be delivered fully finished and furnished, and owners will have the option to rent their units short-term through platforms like Airbnb.
Additionally, the building will feature a 4,500-square-foot full-service restaurant, although a parking garage will not be included. The project is being developed by Merrimac Ventures and Aria Development Group, with completion anticipated in 2026.
