A foundation pour for the 80-story Cipriani Residences in Brickell occurred over the past weekend (you can view a video of the pour here). This event was planned as Brickell’s largest concrete pour of the year, with more than 750 truckloads of concrete delivered starting Friday evening.
The tower will mark the first ground-up Cipriani residences in North America, featuring 397 luxury condos. It will reach a height of 940 feet above ground, or 950 feet above sea level, making it taller than any existing building in Miami. A groundbreaking ceremony for the project was held in February, and the completion of Cipriani Residences is expected in 2028.
