Swire Properties has reported an "exceptional" sales response for its upcoming project, The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, in Brickell. In just 60 days of sales, contracts totaling nearly $500 million have been signed, out of nearly $1 billion in reservations, according to the developer.
A 7,000-square-foot sales pavilion, designed to appear as though it is "floating on water," opened at the development site on September 26. The project will feature two towers, set for completion in 2029.
The South Tower will consist of 228 residences with interiors designed by Tristan Auer. The North Tower will house the new North American flagship Mandarin Oriental hotel, offering 121 rooms, a spa, multiple restaurants, and interiors by Laura Gonzalez. The North Tower will also include 66 private residences and 28 hotel residences, which will be launched soon.
Prices for the units start at $4.9 million.
