In Brickell, One Twenty Brickell Residences, a 37-story condominium tower that recently broke ground, has officially sold out.
Developer PMG announced that all 266 condominium units have been sold — well ahead of the building’s expected 2028 completion.
Plans for One Twenty Brickell Residences were first unveiled in March 2024, followed by a groundbreaking in May 2025.
The project stands out for its deeded office spaces available exclusively to unit owners, spanning levels two through twelve.
In April, PMG also secured $413 million in construction financing to build both One Twenty Brickell Residences and an adjacent 41-story multifamily tower, which will share a common podium.
