The five-acre development, Midtown Park, will rise at the southwest corner of Midtown Miami near Wynwood. The project will feature two 28-story towers, two 17-story towers, and a low-rise retail structure, to be built in two phases.
Sales have already begun for one of the 28-story towers, Midtown Park Residences by Proper, which will include 288 Proper-branded residences. In total, the project will deliver 924 residential units, 60,000 square feet of office space, and more than 120,000 square feet of designer retail. The plan also includes two public plazas, a network of pedestrian-friendly streetscapes, and a racquet and padel club with eight courts operated by Ultra Padel.
Developed by Rosso Development, Midtown Development, and Proper Hospitality, Midtown Park is positioned to redefine urban living in the area.
“This is Miami’s most significant mixed-use redevelopment and will transform the future of urban living in the area,” said Carlos Rosso, Founder & CEO of Rosso Development.
