Related Urban Development Group, in collaboration with Miami-Dade County, hosted a groundbreaking ceremony this morning for the Gallery at Marti Park project.
The 12-story development is located just one block away from Brickell.
Approximately half of the units will be standard market-rate apartments.
The remaining apartments will be designated for low-income seniors under the Rental Assistance Demonstration program, as well as households earning between 80% and 120% of the area median income.
A senior center is also under construction on the ground floor of the development.
This marks the fourth Gallery project for Related Urban, following Gallery on the River, Gallery at River Park, and Gallery at West Brickell.
Miami-Dade County’s Public Housing and Community Development is collaborating with Related on the development of Gallery at Marti Park.
Completion of the project is anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2025.
