September 2024 | 850-Foot Construction Crane Set to Be Installed at Bentley Residences Site

According to a new FAA filing, two exceptionally tall construction cranes are set to be installed at the Bentley Residences Miami site in Sunny Isles.

• Tower Crane #1 is expected to rise 850 feet above ground (857 feet above sea level).
• Tower Crane #2 is planned to reach 742 feet above ground (749 feet above sea level).

The installation of the cranes is scheduled to begin on January 15, 2025.

Bentley Residences, a 62-story tower, is expected to top off at 749 feet, making it the tallest oceanfront building in the United States.

A groundbreaking ceremony took place earlier this year, with Dezer Development leading the project, which is slated for completion by late 2027.
