September 2024 | Domus Brickell Center Receives FAA Approval and Demolition Permit

The FAA has granted height approval for the 35-story Domus Brickell Center tower. Approval, issued on August 30, permits the building to rise 405 feet above ground, or 419 feet above sea level.

A demolition permit for the site was issued earlier in August, with Thornton Residential LLC listed as the contractor. Domus Brickell Center will feature 579 fully finished and furnished units, designed to accommodate short-term rentals.

The development is a joint venture by North Development, a collaboration between Miami developer Ricardo Dunin’s Oak Capital and Peru’s Edifica. Mc+G Architecture is leading the design.
