Conceptual plans have just been unveiled for Citadel's new supertall tower in Brickell, signaling a major addition to the Miami skyline. The 54-story tower, set to rise 1,032 feet above sea level at 1201 Brickell Bay Drive, represents the first phase of a multi-phase development poised to transform this vibrant financial district.
This ambitious project highlights Citadel's commitment to expanding its presence in Miami and reinforces Brickell's status as a dynamic hub for business and innovation.
The 1201 tower will offer a remarkable 1,293,373 square feet of premium office space, catering to the increasing demand for modern work environments in the heart of Brickell. It will also feature 212 luxurious hotel rooms, a state-of-the-art health spa, and a fully equipped fitness club. With a grand ballroom, ample parking facilities, and versatile conference and event spaces, the tower is set to become a premier destination for both business and social events.
Subsequent phases at 1221 Brickell Avenue/1250-1260 Brickell Bay Drive are expected to include a mix of office spaces, new dining options, retail outlets, and residential units.
The project is designed by Foster + Partners, with AAI Architects as the architect of record and Field Operations serving as the landscape architect.
