Sixty Vines Brings Vineyard-Inspired Cuisine and Wine-on-Tap to Downtown Miami
Sixty Vines, the Texas-based restaurant chain celebrated for its vineyard-inspired menu and innovative wine-on-tap system, is set to open its doors in Downtown Miami on Monday, September 16. Located in Miami Worldcenter, this new spot will offer 60 wines on tap paired with a range of shareable dishes.
“We’re thrilled to introduce Sixty Vines to Miami, a city that knows how to celebrate and enjoys exceptional wine,” said Jeff Carcara, CEO of Sixty Vines.
The 9,500-square-foot venue, accommodating over 300 guests, features a mix of banquettes, communal tables, and a spacious outdoor patio. The menu showcases customizable charcuterie boards, fresh salads, hand-tossed pizzas, and hearty entrées like Atlantic salmon, pan-roasted chicken, and wood-grilled Bavette steak. Don’t miss the desserts, including sticky toffee cake and deviled affogato.
Sixty Vines' standout feature is its wine-on-tap system, offering an array of global wines that stay fresh longer and reduce waste. Alongside these rare varieties, the bar serves up cocktails like the Tequila Fix and Frozen Aperol Spritz, as well as a selection of ciders, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages. With over a dozen locations across the U.S., including Texas and Florida, Sixty Vines Miami promises to be a new favorite destination for wine lovers and food enthusiasts alike.
