Waldorf Astoria’s 1,049-foot supertall tower in Miami is steadily rising, as recent photos by Ryan RC Rea reveal. By early September, the second-level columns had been poured. The tower's foundation was completed in June, the same month the developers secured a record-breaking $668 million construction loan.
Scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2028, this will be Miami's first supertall skyscraper. The tower will feature 387 condos and 205 guestrooms and suites, with the residential units already 90% sold as of June.
The project is being developed by PMG, Greybrook, Mohari Hospitality, S2 Development, and Hilton.
