September 2024 | Developer Secures Utilities for 515-Unit Apartment Project in Overtown

A developer has finalized a utility agreement, enabling the construction of a new residential building in Overtown, called Culmer Village. Miami-Dade County will provide water and sewer services, with the agreement completed last week.

Culmer Village is set to include 515 apartments. According to plans approved by Miami’s Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) in December 2023, the project will also feature 628 parking spaces. The Richman Group affiliate is leading the development, with Behar Font as the architect. A demolition permit for the site was issued in April.
