A groundbreaking ceremony took place this morning for Domus Brickell Center, marking the start of construction on the highly anticipated project.
“We are thrilled to break ground on Domus Brickell Center, building on the success of Domus Brickell Park and further realizing the FLATS vision in Miami,” said Ricardo Dunin, Founding Partner at North Development.
The development will feature 579 fully furnished residences designed for short-term rental flexibility. Residences will range in size from 400 to over 1,000 square feet, with pricing starting in the low $500,000s and reaching up to $1.5 million.
Rising 35 stories, the tower is being designed by Studio MC + G Architecture, with interiors curated by Urban Robot.
Completion is scheduled for late 2027.
