A construction permit application has been submitted to Miami-Dade County for the 61-story Brickell Gateway Tower.
The construction permit application for the Brickell Gateway tower was submitted on December 26 and is currently under review.
According to the permit filing, the Brickell Gateway tower project is anticipated to have a total area of 933,209 square feet, with an estimated value of $150 million. The total permitting fees are estimated at $106,611.31.
As per the plans filed with county planners, the Brickell Gateway Tower is expected to feature 504 apartments, 18,287 square feet of retail space, and a garage with 344 parking spaces.
The FAA has granted approval for the Brickell Gateway tower with a permanent height of 761 feet above ground or 772 feet above sea level.
