The project has garnered attention through its filings with the Federal Aviation Administration for the installation of two tall construction cranes, reaching a height of 1,001 feet above ground. These cranes are anticipated to be in operation for approximately 19 months. Upon completion, slated for 2027, the 71-story condo tower, standing at 861 feet, is poised to become one of Miami’s tallest buildings.
