This represents the initial phase in the construction of The Residences at 1428 Brickell, a luxury condominium tower spanning 71 stories. Acquired by Ytech in January 2017, the site was formerly occupied by a 100,000-square-foot office space. The demolition efforts are being carried out by the renowned construction team, John Moriarty & Associates. This development stands as a significant component of Ytech's expansion strategy, aligning with their recent approval of the 75 Broadway project.
