Miami's Una Residences has reached its topping off milestone.
The 47-story tower was originally designed to top off at 579 feet, positioning it as one of the tallest structures in the Brickell area.
Construction for the project commenced in the fall of 2020, with contractors undertaking the task of constructing Miami's deepest and most expensive underground parking garage.
The 236-car garage extends nearly 50 feet underground, spanning three stories below sea level.
The majority of Una's 135 condos have been sold, with two upper tri-level penthouses fetching $17.75 million each, marking the highest recorded sale in Brickell. A few units are still on the market, ranging in price from $4.4 million to $10 million.
The developers of Una are also constructing a public baywalk.
The completion is slated for early 2025.
The tower's design is crafted by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill architects.
OKO Group and Cain International are the development partners behind the project.
