The development encompasses an additional 448 condos, which were promoted as part of the Natiivo brand, alongside 70,000 square feet of amenity space.
Moreover, the project includes the Gale Hotel & Residences featuring 160 condo units.
Additionally, there will be 125,000 square feet allocated for office space and 20,000 square feet designated for event facilities.
The ground floor is set to feature 9,000 square feet of restaurant space, inclusive of an outdoor garden and a Bodega Taqueria.
