Witkoff Group, in collaboration with Ocean Terrace Holdings—a partnership between Alex Blavatnik and Sandor Scher—has unveiled new renderings of Ocean Terrace, a highly anticipated oceanfront mixed-use development in North Beach, Miami Beach. Designed by Revuelta Architecture International with interiors by Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA), the project presents a refined vision of coastal living that blends timeless design with Miami Beach’s natural beauty.

Set along 350 feet of shoreline between 74th and 75th Streets, Ocean Terrace will feature 52 private condominium residences, alongside a separate tower with 24 resort-style residences positioned above curated retail spaces that enhance the neighborhood streetscape. The development also includes a distinct RAMSA-designed historic hotel with 42 luxury guestrooms. Sales and marketing are exclusively handled by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, with pricing starting at $6.3 million and completion anticipated in 2029.

Emphasizing craftsmanship and enduring elegance, the residences incorporate signature RAMSA design elements. Interiors feature Parquet de Versailles white oak flooring, custom-designed cabinetry, natural stone countertops, and high-end Gaggenau appliances, along with private elevators in every home. Layouts range from one-bedroom-plus-den units to expansive five-bedroom residences, as well as fully furnished one- to four-bedroom resort homes and penthouses. The design aesthetic blends Miami Modern and Art Deco influences with mid-century Brazilian and French modernism, resulting in sophisticated interiors complemented by expansive terraces and sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, surrounding parkland, and the Miami skyline.

Ocean Terrace will offer more than 18,000 square feet of indoor amenities designed for both privacy and connection. These include a sculptural lobby, ocean-view fitness center, curated library, and a tea room with richly detailed finishes. Outdoors, approximately 50,000 square feet of amenity space will feature a private porte-cochère, sunrise lap pool, sunset pool with cabanas and dining service, and multiple open-air gathering areas. Landscape design by ENEA further integrates the development with the natural character of North Beach.

At its core, the project is anchored by a five-acre public park designed by Raymond Jungles, conceived as a vibrant green space that merges nature, art, and community. The park, now open, includes an installation by Paris-based sculptor Prune Nourry and marks the first phase of the development, signaling the area’s broader transformation into a dynamic destination.

In addition to its residential, retail, and hospitality components, Ocean Terrace will feature an exclusive private Members Club, offering dedicated spaces for socializing, dining, and wellness in a more intimate, elevated setting.
