The Rilea Group has unveiled plans for The Rider at Wynwood, a transit-oriented luxury condominium development. Set to be constructed adjacent to Wynwood's upcoming train station along the Brightline tracks, the project will embody a rock-n-roll theme.
Diego Ojeda, President of Rilea Group, expressed excitement about the project's proximity to the upcoming Brightline station, emphasizing the promising future it represents. The Rider at Wynwood will soar 12 stories high and feature 146 condos, allowing for short-term rentals on platforms like Airbnb. Units will be delivered fully finished and furnished.
Construction by Coastal Construction is scheduled to commence later this year, with completion expected by late 2026. Deforma Studio is serving as the architect, while RADYCA is handling interior design.
Additionally, Rilea Group is simultaneously developing Mohawk at Wynwood, a neighboring property. This project will consist of a 12-story, 300-unit multifamily development with 31,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, located at 56 NE 29th Street.
