Bugatti is bringing its distinctive automotive design philosophy to Miami with Bugatti Residences Miami, a landmark new-construction development planned along the Miami River in Brickell. Targeted for delivery in 2028 and backed by an estimated $650 million development value, the 60-story tower will introduce the Bugatti brand to the U.S. residential market for the first time.
About Bugatti Residences Miami
Located at 75 SW Miami Avenue Road, Bugatti Residences Miami occupies one of Brickell’s remaining waterfront development sites, with more than 300 feet of direct frontage along the Miami River. The site was assembled from three parcels acquired by Prosper Group and Versluys Group for approximately $50 million, creating a rare opportunity to develop a major luxury residential tower directly on the river.
The project is being developed by Prosper Group, led by Jay Roberts, in partnership with Belgium-based Versluys Group, a real estate company with more than a century of history. The 60-story tower is being designed by Brandon Haw Architecture, with ODP Architecture also involved in the design, while internationally recognized design studio Yabu Pushelberg is responsible for the interiors.
The design takes inspiration from Bugatti’s long-standing philosophy of art, form and technique, translating elements of the marque’s automotive identity into an architectural setting. One of the notable design references is Bugatti’s distinctive C-line, while the overall concept is intended to respond to Miami’s waterfront environment and tropical character. Rhodium has also been selected as the residential operating partner, bringing a dedicated service component to the development.

The current project information confirms 183 residences, including four signature penthouses, across the 60-story tower. Individual floor plans, residence sizes and pricing have not yet been officially released, with sales expected to launch in the first half of 2027.
