Dolce & Gabbana, Brickell Miami

Welcome to Dolce & Gabbana, Brickell Miami

In a skyline dominated by shades of silver and blue, a new addition is set to redefine Miami's architectural landscape. A 90-story tower, located at 888 Brickell Avenue, will make a striking impression with its black, ivory, and gold color palette. The tower will reach a height of 1,049 feet, the maximum allowed by the Federal Aviation Administration, making it one of Miami's tallest structures upon its completion in 2027.

This project marks the entry of Italian fashion label Dolce & Gabbana into the real estate sector, in partnership with New York-based JDS Development Group. Michael Stern, CEO of JDS, revealed that the residences will be fully "curated" homes, outfitted down to the smallest details. "We're offering turnkey apartments, fully equipped from bathrobes to books," Stern stated.

The interior design, crafted by Dolce & Gabbana founders Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, will feature three distinct color schemes: white with Bianco Striata Marble, black with Nero Marquina Marble, and gold with Giallo Imperiale Marble. "Residents will have a variety of luxurious options to choose from," Stern added.

The tower's design, a collaboration between Studio Sofield and ODP Architecture & Design, will include black steel columns, glass windows, and white paneling. A unique crown adorned with gold spheres and flying buttresses will cap the structure. The base of the tower will feature gold spheres serving both aesthetic and functional purposes.

Sales for the 888 Brickell Avenue project are expected to commence this fall, with construction to follow. While pricing details have not been officially released, similar luxury condo units in the area have ranged from $3.5 million to $35 million.

The development will offer 1,178,568 square feet of space, comprising 259 residential units, a 5-star hotel, 115,000 square feet of amenities, 38,727 square feet of food and beverage areas, and 273 valet-operated parking spaces.

This venture is part of Dolce & Gabbana's broader real estate strategy, which includes residential projects in Marbella, Spain, in collaboration with Sierra Blanca Estates, and a hotel development in the Maldives with DarGlobal. The fashion label aims to offer an "all-round lifestyle experience," as articulated by Alfonso Dolce, the company's CEO.

The project is also a significant addition to JDS Development Group's portfolio, which includes the 1 Southside Park development featuring a 752-foot tower with 1,000 apartments, a 200-room hotel, and 250,000 square feet of office space. JDS has committed to building an $8 million fire station and investing around $5 million in public benefits.

With the 888 Brickell Avenue tower, Dolce & Gabbana and JDS Development Group are not merely adding to Miami's skyline; they are setting a new standard in luxury living and branded residences. The project is expected to be completed by 2027, further elevating Miami's status as a hub for luxury real estate.
