Announcements have been made regarding the development of a 67-story tower bearing the Mercedes-Benz brand in Brickell.
Known as the Mercedes-Benz Places tower, this structure will mark the brand's inaugural presence in the USA.
The tower's aesthetic will predominantly feature technical silver, complemented by the iconic Mercedes-Benz colors of black and white, aiming to establish a distinguished presence within the Miami skyline.
Within the already-underway construction of the 1 Southside Park tower, there will be a total of 791 residences affiliated with Mercedes-Benz.
Prices for these residences will range from $550k to $4 million, with penthouses set to be unveiled later, with sales being managed by Ryan Serhant.
The development partnership for the tower involves JDS Development Group and Mercedes-Benz.
At over 2.5 million square feet, 1 Southside Park stands as one of the largest ongoing projects in Florida.
Beyond residential spaces, the development encompasses 130,000 square feet for amenities and hospitality, 200,000 square feet for office use, health and fitness facilities, a 174-key hotel, retail spaces, and on-site parking.
The tower's design is orchestrated by SHoP Architects, while Field Operations is in charge of landscape design and a reconstruction of the nearby Southside Park.
Anticipated completion of the project is set for 2027.
